If you can't see the 360x360º image then perhaps your PC doesn't have Java installed properly.
Please note that Java is used widely for internet applications - and you only need to install it once.
Click on: <http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp> to install

We recommend the use of Active-X to view these images.
Click on the Active-X button if you wish to default the viewer to Active-X.
